Built to run. Not built to flip.
Metolius Health grows out of Continuant Healthcare Solutions — a decade of doing the unglamorous, essential work of keeping independent practices running. Credentialing. Revenue cycle. Provider enrollment. The back-office infrastructure that most tech companies don’t want to touch because it’s complicated and messy and requires actually understanding how healthcare works.
We built that foundation serving 1,000+ clinics, including a flagship partnership with Prisma Health. Now we’re expanding into something bigger: a full management services organization powered by AI, designed specifically for independent primary care practices in the Southeast who want to participate in value-based care without losing what makes them independent.
The Metolius River in central Oregon emerges fully formed from underground springs at the base of Black Butte. We chose the name because it describes exactly what we’re doing — surfacing something that has been building for a long time, ready to run.
Our team is led by Andrew Eriksen, founder of PPS and president of CHS with 20 years in provider credentialing and healthcare services, and Jon Shelby, a 30-year Continuant veteran and the company’s first employee. These aren’t first-time founders discovering healthcare. These are operators building on demonstrated infrastructure.
